Gov. Rick Snyder will follow up his State of the State address on Wednesday with an online town hall meeting on Thursday that invites the public to pose questions directly to the governor.
“One of my resolutions for 2012 is to spend even more time meeting with Michigan residents to discuss the important issues facing our state,” Snyder said in a statement.
The 6 p.m. event will be streamed live at www.facebook.com/rickformichigan. Questions from the public will be posted there.
Other ways that the public can participate: submit questions in advance at www.michigan.gov/townhall, or send a message on Twitter, before or during the meeting, to @OneToughNerd using the hashtag #AskGovSnyder.
