With all the news that’s out there — in Washington, in Wisconsin, in the Middle East – the strange happenings with Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas were completely overshadowed this week.
Just as Thomas marked five consecutive years of total silence on the bench – never participating in the rapid-fire questioning and comments by the justices and attorneys – a tell-all book emerged that suggests Thomas is even more of an enigma than many pundits suggested.
Lillian McEwen, a retired administrative law judge and former longtime Thomas girlfriend, released an X-rated autobiography that dwells on Thomas’ sexual attributes. McEwen’s “D.C Unmasked & Undressed” talks about her many sexual partners, but she singled out the justice for special reminiscence.
According to The Washington Post, the author swoons over his fit physique, calling him “velvet-covered cement.” She also has said previously that Thomas was a particular fan of pornography.
“Sex was such an important part of his life, and his way of going through the world,” said McEwen, who dated the judge throughout the 1980s.
