Dave Agema, the Republican Party’s resident Neanderthal
known for his gay bashing and other bigoted remarks, has moved on to new
vistas.
Now, the western Michigan tea party favorite is praising
the anti-homosexuality laws put forward by Russia’s Vladimir Putin, the former
KGB officer turned president. And he’s attacking Muslims in a blanket
repudiation that praises Catholicism.
He offers up this little gem to please the right-wingers: “Have you ever seen a Muslim do anything that contributes positively toward the American way of life?”
