A panel discussion presented by The Department of Political Science and the International Studies Program at Oakland University. European affairs experts from Political Science and International Studies at Oakland University will explore the toppling of the country’s president, Russian intervention in Crimea, and consequences for the United States, Europe and international peace and security. 
Panelists include: 
  • Dr. Carol Hart – International Studies Program 
  • Dr. Gregory Allar – International Studies Program 
  • Dr. Cristian Cantir – Department of Political Science 
  • Dr. Peter Trumbore – Department of Political Science and Director of the International Relations Program will moderate the panel
The discussion will take place from noon to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, March 11, 2014, in the Elliot Hall Auditorium (242 Elliot Hall). The event is free and open to all Oakland University students, faculty, staff and community members.
