In case you missed it, beyond his Macomb County town hall on Monday night, John Kasich has scheduled three more campaign stops in Michigan over the next two days while Bernie Sanders has scheduled at stop at Eastern Michigan University on Monday afternoon that is expected to be a huge event.
The Sanders’ campaign announced a 2:30 p.m. start time for his rally at the EMU Convocation Center in Ypsilanti but it’s telling that the doors will open at 12:30 p.m. The Vermont senator’s team is hoping to pack the venue, which apparently has a capacity of 9,000.
Those planning to attend are strongly urged to RSVP.
Here are Kasich’s stops:
Grand Valley State University Kirkhof Center, 9:45 to 11 a.m., Monday.
Michigan State University Union building, 3 p.m. Monday, featuring speaker pro tem of the state House, Tom Leonard.
